In order to follow the syllabus and to run the school activities smoothly, regular attendance of kids is required. Therefore kids need to register preferably for the whole year. However, admissions will be possible every semester until Sept or Feb. There are different possibilities for admissions. All classes include regular classes plus khel-games sessions.

In case of sickness it’s possible to reimburse the school fee for that day upon showing valid certificate by doctor. Fees can be transferred to bank account IECB: BE12 3770 6227 9592

~~Euro 100/year~~

~~Only Sanskrit/Geeta~~

Sanskrit shlokas and Geeta recital. Focus on pronunciation and memorization.

~~Euro 150/year~~

~~Only music~~

An introduction to Indian classical music, instruments, patriotic songs, bhajanas with chance to perform at different events. Music will be taught by a teacher Uma Ramakrishnan.

~~Euro 140/year~~

~~Hindi/India+Sanskrit/Geeta+khel~~

Classes of introduction to India (in Hindi with Hindi learning sheets) and Geeta/shlokas. Music and dance are not included.

~~Euro 270/year~~

~~Music+Hindi/India+Sanskrit/Geeta+khel~~

Except dance all other classes. An introduction to Indian classical music, instruments, patriotic songs, bhajanas with chance to perform at different events. Music will be taught by a teacher Uma Ramakrishnan.

For 'India' class, parents will voluntarily give a series of lectures throughout the year: each state of India by each parent.

'Hindi' teaching will be taken care by Mugdha and Harshada

~~Dance~~

Bharatnatyam dance will be taught by an experienced teacher Roopa Ramkumar. Fees will be per class (5 euro per class if admitting to other IECB classes. Otherwise 7 euro per class)

~~Euro 80/year~~

~~Khel session~~

Khel session is arranged once per month. There is a possibility to attend only khel session for euro 80per year. Khel sessions fee is included in the fee of all classes, thus kids attending all other classes need not pay separately for khel sessions.

Other policies

Refund for cancelled classes: If a school admission is cancelled for any reason from the beginning of the School year, full amount paid for the class is refunded. If the admission is cancelled during the year for any valid reason (transfer of parents, sickness), a prorated amount of fee is refunded. There will be no refund for classes missed by student for any reason than sickness. In case of sickness a valid certificate by doctor is required
Fee payment Options: (a) Full-Year Payment by bank transfer or cash: - Please fill in the online registration form at this website and send it. Inform us by email after doing a bank transfer (b) Instalments Payment –The second instalment must be paid by bank transfer before end-January of the same school year
In case of siblings, if first kid is registered for whole year then second kid pays discounted fee (2/3rd of the total fee)
